Jen Jen, You wanted the translation of that song, right? Now, remember, Chinese is not my strong suit. I added in pinyin, because I’m so nice.

yu
 bu ting luo xia lai
The rain falls incessantly

hua
 zen me dou bu kai
Why don’t the flowers bloom?

jin guan wo xi xin guan gai, ni shuo bu ai jiu bu ai
Despite my careful watering, if you say you won’t love then you won’t

wo yi ge ren, xin shang bei ai
Alone, I aesthetically appreciate the sorrow

ai
 zhi sheng xia wu nai
Love leaves only helplessness

wo
yi zhi bu yuan zai qu cai
I have always been unwilling to guess

gang qin shang hei jian zhi jian, yong yuan dou jia zhe kong bai
The gaps between the black keys of the piano, are always filled by blank spaces

que le yi kuai, jiu bu jing cai
If there is even one piece missing, it will not be exciting

jin jin xiang yi de xin ru he, say goodbye
How can two hearts that so closely rely on one another say goodbye?

ni bi wo qing chu hai yao wo shuo ming bai
You understand it better than I do, yet you want me to say it clearly

ai tai shen hui rang ren feng kuang de yong gan
Loving too deeply will let people become madly courageous

wo yong bei pan zi ji, wan cheng ni de qi dai
I betray myself in order to meet your hopes and expectations

ba shou fang kai bu wen yi ju say goodbye
I let go of your hand without asking anything and say goodbye

dang zuo zui hou yi ci dui ni de ni ai
Regard it as my last time indulging you

leng leng qing qing dan dan jin hou dou bu guan
Coldy, clearly, indifferently; after this, nothing will concern me

zhi yao ni neng yu kuai
So long as you are able to be happy // this line repeats twice for the final ending

xin
 you yi ju gan kai
My heart has only one regret

wo
hai neng gou gen shui dui bai
With whom can I still converse?

zai ni guan shang men zhi qian, ti wo zai hui tou kan kan
Before you close the door, look back again on my behalf

na xie pian duan, hai zai bu zai
Those few recorded fragments* of us, are they still there?

**********************************************************

Ah~ Such a good song. His voice is… soothing and emotional. Gary is one of the best singers.

^_^ Alright enough of my blabbering, off to work I go.

Alright, tell me if I have written these correctly, because, frankly, I thinki I messed some of them up.

Lion – sa ja – 사자

dog – gae – 개 (I’m pretty confident about this one)

dumplings – man du – 만두 (Yum)

soju – so ju – 소주 (I really want to try it!)

Mountain – san – 산

OK then, I hate romanization… It’s hard for me, I think I would rather write in Hangul than romanize anything ever again.

Anyway, love you Min Jee Unnie~ I’ll miss you when you leave!!!

Alright, try that one on for size.

To me, at least, it’s easier. If you need any help figuring it out just call.

Fine, fine, I’ll send another… after you come over and I hear you say that one.

By the way, oppa learned something funny today. He was watching one of his chinese shows… I’m not sure what it is… and he burst out laughing. Now he says it all the time.

Basically it means.  —-I fear neither heaven nor earth, I only fear Cantonese speakers trying to speak Mandarin.

I nearly died after hearing it. And the fact that Mom speaks both… she was furious with him. Oppa is all kinds of love.

Lately he’s got me saying it. Although this 말이 씨가 된다. is still my favorite saying.

Yes, you are miss smarty. You have almost mastered… english!  Sorry… I’m weird today. It’s just, you talk in that lazy way while I have to watch my pronunciation. Like today… I meant to say hats, but I said hits. No, I will not get off subject…. must stay on subject no matter what.

Bye~

Min Jee, I can finally say it. It’s harder than that other one. Unfortunetally I have forgotten what most of it means.  I have told you and told you, I have a really bad memory. No, I’m kidding. I know what it is.

Oh, and yay. I can finally write in Korean(sort of). I’m so proud of myself. *pats self on back* I’m little miss smarty now.

Love you, and send me another. They are just so much fun.

~~Tayku~~

Tayku, you are just gonna love this… Judoka Wang Ki Chun wants to marry Yoo Bin.

“I will marry Yoo-bin (of the popular Korean singing group the Wonder Girls) if I win the gold medal.”

This was Wang Ki-chun’s proclamation prior to his Beijing arrival in his quest for a gold medal in judo. After Choi Min-ho won Korea’s first gold medal at this year’s Olympics in the 60-kilogram judo event, all eyes are now on Wang’s attempt to duplicate his teammate’s feat.

The judoka is obviously smitten with Yoo-bin and motivated to take home the 73-kilogram Olympic title in an effort to boost his nuptial ambitions. While he may have a youthful crush on a pretty singer, Wang is a serious athlete who has climbed to the top of the judo rankings.

Born in North Jeolla Province in 1988, Wang is a rising star in the Japanese martial art. He won the 2007 World Judo Championships in Brazil and is thriving in an extremely competitive weight class.

In fact, Wang defeated Lee Won-hee in the national Olympic trials to gain a spot on the national team for Beijing 2008. This was a significant victory because Lee was the defending Olympic champion and previous world champion. Lee will have to settle for the consolation of being a TV color-commentator during the games and look forward to his impending marriage to golf star Kim Mi-hyun.

Meanwhile, Wang hopes to repeat his “sunbae’s” (senior’s) Athens 2004 success by taking home the gold this year, and perhaps making a marriage proposal of his own upon his successful return to Korea. He is certainly confident in his chances.

“It doesn’t matter who I’m up against,” he told reporters recently. “I will go for a victory.”

Japanese rival Kananami Yusuke is the challenger he anticipates facing for the gold.

“I expect that my opponent in the finals will be the Japanese competitor and if I make it to the finals, I’ll do my best to win,” Wang said.

This will be the 20-year old’s first Olympics appearance. Though he appears the odds-on favorite to retain Korea’s judo gold in the 73-kilogram division, nothing can be taken for granted. Wang seemed to be aware of that fact.

“Because there are so many strong competitors, I will be sure to approach all my matches with caution,” he said.

If Wang wins the gold medal today, he has promised to celebrate by dancing the routine of “Tell Me,” the Wonder Girls’ signature song. It is safe to say if he ends up the victor, nobody will mind what the aspiring “Wonder Boy” decides to do afterwards.

Yoo-bin, however, may have to seriously ponder her future if Wang emerges with the Olympic gold medal in judo. Her next marriage proposal may come from the man who happens to be Korea’s national sporting hero.

He’s good-looking, I think. Heh~ but I know how you love All the Korean competitors. Weren’t you talking about him earlier? Sorry about putting this up so late at night, but I can’t sleep. I told you I got it from you. I hope I don’t stay awake for days like you do.

Just really thought this was… funny, I guess.

Min Jee, did you see? I told you he would win. Heh~ I really do like him a bit too much I think. But he swims so~ good, and he looks hot doing it. You thought Zhang Lin was going to… and although I think he is good, he still only got Silver. I win! You don’t really have to pay me the money though. Because I’m nice and I’m happy.

See? He’s cute. Not the best looking, as you keep reminding me, but still very cute.

Tayku-ah, did you know Ye Sung got hurt? It was at the Music Bank rehearsal. His foot got hung up in a wire and he feel from the stage. He was conscious and complaining that his head hurt. He was taken to the hospital. Poor Ye Sung. They continued the performance without him. T_T   At the moment I’m not sure about anything… something about his hip hurts.
